Installation of gas distribution system to supply main building plant room and vehicle workshop and secondary gas distribution system running from the incoming isolation valve to each building.

Provision and installation of LTHW heating system for warehouse, offices and rest area utilising two Hoval condensing gas fired boilers.  Connection of a Rotex solar combination boiler to low loss header provides heat to the system when required.

Provision of new plant room containing gas fired boiler plant, air handling equipment and water services.

Installation of a rain water harvesting system and provision of incoming cold water mains service from existing service.  Provision and installation of hot and cold water services to toilets and kitchens and mechanical extract systems to the toilet and shower areas.

Installation of controls panels complete with BMS system for control of heating and ventilation systems.

Installation of vehicle exhaust extraction system to vehicle workshop.
