Based in Lowestoft this position would ideally suit a qualified mechanical engineer looking for a change of direction with the opportunity for career progression within an office based environment.

Candidates should have a good general standard of education and be computer literate.  A knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry would be an advantage. 

Duties to include material take-offs, estimating, purchasing and assisting the Contracts Management team

SERVICE / MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Work will involve both new installation and service/maintenance works on a wide range of domestic, commercial, light industrial and public service installations and plumbing projects based from our Lowestoft office.

Holders of ACS and OFTEC with previous experience would be at an advantage.

JUNIOR ESTIMATOR
Based in Lowestoft

Educated to GCSE level C or above in Maths and English, candidates should have good communication skills and be computer literate.

Duties to include preparation of estimates and material take-offs from drawings and associated duties.  Some visits to site may be required and therefore a full driving licence would be advantageous.

This role would suit a person with previous experience of the construction industry either from an office or site based background.  Alternatively it would suit a college leaver who has an interest in the plumbing and mechanical services industry
