Anthony Gormley, creator of Angel of the North has contracted Knights Warner to provide and install new heating systems and electrical works at his country mansion. The building will be split into three separate areas which will have independent systems whilst the main house will be split into seven different heating zones. Provisions are also being made within our works for a future biomass boiler.

Our domestic division has recently secured contracts for housing developments in Felixstowe and Norwich. The first a development of 63 properties at Tower Road at a value of £450, 000 and the second is a 70 plot development at the old Bertram Books Site at a value of £320,000. Both are for Hopkins Homes for whom a number of contracts have been carried out over the past few years.

R G Carter has recently awarded us the contract for design and build of mechanical services at a new 61 bedroom care home at Chantry Close, Ipswich at a value close to half a million pounds

After more than 20 years working with us Peter Densham has decided it is time to take life a little easier. Whilst Peter and his expertise will be greatly missed by us all we have persuaded him to work for us on a consultative basis. I am sure you will join us in wishing Peter all the best in his semi-retirement.

We are pleased to announce that Mark Bryce has joined the company as Project Design Engineer. With a B.Eng (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University and previous experience of working for a design consultancy, Mark’s appointment enhances our capacity for design in the building services industry.
