Reepham 6th form development involved the construction of a two storey 6th form block and extensions to science, art and music blocks. The main works in the 6th form building allowed for a combined M&E services installation and included all heating, domestic services, grey water systems, ventilation, power distribution, controls, fire alarm and data. 

The heating system consisted of 2 gas fired condensing boilers serving radiators throughout the building.  Domestic hot water was provided by a gas fired water heater to provide HWS to all toilet areas and other user points.  In addition to mains cold water, the building was provided with a grey water recovery system which served all w/c flushing points.  Ventilation was provided to toilets, servery and learning areas and consisted of supply, extract and heat recovery units.   External services were provided with new LPG gas supplies from new storage tanks and a new cold water and fire hydrant main.

The three extension areas were all extensions of existing building service systems and allowed for heating, domestic water services and ventilation system to all areas.
