Engineering Services – Mechanical and Electrical

From initial design stage through to planning and construction, we have a team of dedicated specialists who follow each step of each project until the client is assured of a cost-effective, professional solution to any engineering situation.

We also offer a fully integrated service for Mechanical and Electrical systems. This provides the client with an efficient, seamless and cost effective solution.

Heating Installations

All Types of heating and hot water systems from small domestic systems to large industrial installations of several megawatts capacity on all types of fuel – Gas, Oil, LPG & Bio fuels.

Controls

We can undertake the integration, installation, maintenance and upgrades on all aspects of control systems and BEMS necessary with today’s heating, ventilation & air-conditioning systems. We cam also carry out installation of energy saving inverter speed controls to air handling plant and pumps.

Knights Warner are Honeywell CentraLine and Schneider Electric, TAC Satchwell Partners. We also support Siemens and Johnson Controls systems as well as most common OEM systems.

Gas Installations

All aspects of Gas Installation work can be undertaken including welded steel pipe work, PE Electro fusion installations, dry and hydrostatic strength & tightness testing & purging and periodic re-inspection of gas installations to IGEM UP-1 & UP-2 including LPG installations, Commercial Catering gas systems and Ventilation Gas Interlocks.

Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning

We can supply and install air-conditioning systems from small split systems to water chillers of several kilowatts and lo Carbon energy efficient Heat Pumps. Knights Warner is an F- Gas registered company and has its own C&G 2078 qualified engineers to undertake all aspects of refrigeration installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair work.

Plumbing

Having a dedicated Contracts Manager with a team of fully- qualified plumbing staff we can now offer domestic plumbing and heating to housing developments and private dwellings

Domestic Water Services

Our plumbers are Anglian Water Approved and Accredited WRAS RPZ Valve Installers & Testers.

Maintenance & Servicing

Service & Maintenance of al types of heating and ventilation plant and associated control systems. Specialist services include:

We can also offer a full design and installation service of renewable energy products including solar panels, high efficiency boilers, water saving devices, air/ground source heat pumps and underfloor heating systems.

Temporary Boiler Plant

Knights Warner Ltd have available temporary boiler plants which can be used to facilitate boiler house refurbishment works and provide cover for emergency shut down periods. These plants can be hired to provide specific cover or be inclusive as part of larger contract works.

Knights Warner arranges delivery of the units to sites and if required craneage to position the units where access is not available. The units are containerized and are equipped to provide an output of up to 220kw and are oil or gas fired. This enables the units to be either connected to existing site gas or oil services or we provide a stand alone oil fired plant complete with bunded oil storage tank.

The plants are equipped for both heating and hot water services which can be connected into existing premises. Our engineers can install the units and adapt any existing site services to connect to the plants and then commission to suit specific customer requirements. During hire periods the plants have full support and service back up provided by Knights Warner Ltd.

The units have been successfully hired working on both gas and oil on a variety of works covering residential care homes, hospitals and schools.
